A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Modesto address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Modesto, CA kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Modesto roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Water Removal in Modesto isn't a side service we tacked on β it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout Modesto, CA, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Our Modesto, CA-based equipment cache means drying gear is already close by, not stuck in a truck three states away.
Anyone in Modesto who has had a supply line fail overnight knows the real cost isn't the leak itself, it's how long the standing water sits before someone with the right equipment arrives. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Modesto call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first β some of the costliest Modesto jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse β call our Modesto line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
We size the Modesto response to the actual damage β a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet β nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Truck-mounted extraction equipment on every Modesto rig pulls high volumes of standing water fast, so drying starts the same day instead of the next. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in Modesto, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Modesto businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage rather than a single-crew response β we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
When a Modesto job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
On top of standard drying, our Modesto crews treat affected materials to reduce mold risk and will be upfront if a section needs specialist remediation.
You get a written estimate before any equipment runs, not a mystery total handed to you after the fact.
Local staging inside Modesto, CA means Modesto response times usually beat the national average by a wide margin.
We document everything with photos and moisture logs and work directly with your adjuster so you're not stuck translating restoration jargon.

Our Modesto team asks a handful of targeted questions so the truck that shows up already has the right gear loaded.
The closest available technician is routed to your Modesto property with equipment staged and ready.
We remove standing water first, then map moisture and position air movers and dehumidifiers based on the readings.
We don't close the file until the numbers confirm the structure is dry, and you leave with full photo and moisture documentation.
Every Modesto job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
That's not a marketing line β it's written into every Modesto work order we issue. A repeat visit under this guarantee doesn't mean starting over β we pull the original moisture logs and pick up exactly where the last visit left off.
